All terms and conditions of our rates, refund policy, cancellation policy, and scheduling policy are subject to change without notice. Premier Driving School has the right to refuse service to anyone. All drivers must complete paid services within a one year term. All balances must be paid completely before any certifications will be mailed out or issued.

Refund Policy

There is a NO REFUND policy or transfers for any paid services.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

You must contact the office within 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid a $200 cancellation fee. You must have a valid California Driving Permit or valid California Driver's license present at every driving lesson. If it is not present then you are subjected to the cancelation fee of $200.

Scheduling Policy

Each student is allowed the maximum of 3 rescheduled appointments. Any additional rescheduling is subjected to a $30 fee per rescheduled appointment. This policy is enforced to encourage students to finish their lessons in a timely manner.
